CoC or Cash on Cash it’s a metric used in real estate to calculate the return on investment by dividing the annual cash flow before taxes by the amount of cash initially invested. For example, if the Net Cash Flow of the project is 100 USD and the Cash Invested was 1000 USD, your CoC will be 10%.
