Loan to Cost Leverage

LTC Leverage refers to the “loan-to-cost” ratio, which is the amount of financing provided by a lender compared to the total cost of a real estate project, including land acquisition, construction costs, and other associated fees. The loan to cost leverage helps determine the amount of equity that must be invested in a project. A higher LTC means that less equity is required to finance the project.
