Rent Roll

A term used in real estate to refer to a schedule that provides a summary of rental income generated by a property at a certain time. Rent Roll lists all the rental units, their respective tenants, the amount of rent due, and the lease expiration date. A rent roll is an important tool for investors and property managers as it allows them to track the performance of a property’s rental income and monitor lease expirations.
